How much does it cost?
Studios start at $65, 1BRs at $85, 2BRs at $115, 3BRs at $145. Add-ons (laundry, restocking) are itemized so you pay only for what you use. Full pricing is in the pricing section above.
What areas do you serve?
All of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, plus Dayton. Strongest coverage in OTR, Downtown, Mt. Adams, Hyde Park, Northside, Covington, and Newport. If you’re outside these neighborhoods, ask. We probably still cover you.
Do you integrate with my PMS?
Yes. We work with Hospitable, OwnerRez, Hostfully, and Guesty for direct calendar sync. If you use a different system or just an iCal feed, that works too. We manage the schedule from our side so you never have to manually request a turn.
What if I get a last-minute booking?
Text us. We have a 24/7 emergency line for active turns. Same-day requests are handled when capacity allows, and we’ll be honest if we can’t make it. We never silently fail a turn.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fully insured and bonded as a business. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your records. Our cleaners are background-checked and W2 or 1099 contractors, not gig-app randoms.
